Although now discontinued by Sun, the Ultra 2 is still an outstanding system, with support for dual UltraSPARC II 400 MHz processors, up to two gigabytes of RAM, Creator 3D or Elite 3D m6 graphics adaptor, a Fast Wide SCSI bus for multiple disk arrays and 4 SBus Slots for expandability.
The Ultra 2 works with all Solaris operating systems including Solaris 8 and all Solaris applications. The price performance ratio of these refurbished Sun workstations is unbeatable.
